VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. – Millions of unwanted animals enter the shelter system every year. And, some catch the attention of people — maybe just one person, but that one person can make all the difference.
And, that is where we pick up the story of Cowboy and Genie Tuttle. Tuttle is a professional dog trainer. She first saw Cowboy several years ago, and at the time probably didn’t know the commitment she was going to make to him.
